Thierry et Pascale MATROT, Meursault
Thierry has been running the 18ha of the Matrot estate now for many years. He ensures constantly high quality regarding all stages of the winemaking process: cultivation of the vines, vinification and maturing the wines, through to final distribution and sales.
Whites have a maximum of 20% new wood with bottling after 11 months. Reds are 90% de-stemmed; there is little oak and the wine is bottles after 12 months.
